I uploaded lots of picture to the my driveHQ space and most of them I can view, but a few of them is distorted.  So I tried to delete the file but after the pop-up window is open for deletion but it doesn't process it.   Is there a different way to delete the file or folder?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please note we have a newer version of DriveHQ FileManager 4.0. Please upgrade to the latest version.

I have asked several times to close my e/mail address, it seem's no one is taking any notice, i have cleared all my information as far as i know. The only e/mails i get is spam. So do me the honours close it down "NOW"

Hi, you can simply select the files and click on the delete button.  Please email support@drivehq.com for further assistance if you need.
