Hi, if you have a free account and if you want to cancel your account, please delete all your files and your account will be automatically deleted after certain period of time.
If you have subscribed to our premium service and if you want to cancel your subscription, please logon www.drivehq.com website, click on My Account, then click on Transaction History --> Current Subscription. You can cancel a service from there.
