I ran out of bandwidth in May. It is June 1st now. But it seems it is not reset yet. Is it not going to reset forever or is there something wrong? Tks webmaster very much!

Please note your billing date is the day of month when you signed up DriveHQ.com. It will not change even if you order your subscription service on a different date. Your bandwidth will reset on your monthly billing date.
