My subject says it all...how safe is our remote data storage if/when "The Big One" hits San Jose, CA as well as my place in SoCal???

Click on tthe Facility link. Our data center is colocated with one of the largest colocation service providers Hurricane Electric. The facility has 24x7 security monitoring, redundant power supply and Internet connections. Of course there is no guaranttee that it can survive a major earthquake. However, if you also do local backup, then it should be very safe.

Thanks...looks like you have a great facility!  Unfortunately, although I like what I see of your design, we're both practically sitting on the San Andreas fault, so it wouldn't make much sense for me to use you guys as safe storage for one of the major possible catastrophic events I'm looking to protect my data from.  Let me know if you ever move or expand to an out-of-state locale.

I understand your concern. However, a major earthquake hit both north and south california at the same time is extremely unlikely. Typically there is an epicenter, and the affected region is limited.
